U.S.A. Business Advertisements, Raffle Rules

1. I, Herbert West 3rd owner of, "U.S.A. Business Advertisement's", cannot charge or accept any monies or fees from the participants of the Raffle. Any and all Raffle Tickets will be provided, "Free of Charge", by "U.S.A. Business Advertisement's", {Herbert West 3rd, owner}.

2. Anyone who helps or assists in the functions of the Raffle cannot participate, to include, "U.S.A. Business Advertisements", owner Herbert West 3rd.

3. The prize cannot exceed $599.00 per the I.R.S. Tax Code Laws. Any prize which exceeds $599.00 as a single win is subject to Federal Taxation at the expense of the winner and will be declared in each Raffle. Each raffle will disclose the prize amount for that Raffle.

4. Each participant must be 18 years of age at the time of receiving a Raffle Ticket. The prize cannot be age regulated in nature and/or compensation.

5. The prize money will come from the sale of Advertisements. "U.S.A. Business Advertisement's", will charge a variety of fees to supply advertisements for businesses. These will include, "Uncut Multiple Business Advertisement Card Stock Sheets", "Website postings of their business on U.S.A. Business Advertisements Website", and other forms of medium as contracted.

6. The participants must provide a photo ID to participate.

7. A day will be posted and advertised for each separate drawing. The location will be disclosed so participants may arrive and participate at the disclosed location on the disclosed day/date. The provided Raffle Tickets will be in the form of a blank 3 x 5 card. On these 3 x 5 cards, each participant will provide their, Name, Address, Birth Date, Age and Contact Information, {E-mail, Phone etc:..}. Then they will hand the Raffle Ticket to the worker of "U.S.A. Business Advertisement's", who will verify the information from their ID. The worker will then drop the Raffle Ticket into a bucket in front of the participant. At the end of the day, a winner will be drawn. The winner, upon verification, will receive $500.00 or the declared amount on each Raffle Drawing, as a cash prize. Verification will be checking the ID against the Raffle Ticket that was placed in the bucket as the rules explained. Winner must not be present to win. If needed, the winner will be contacted later and the prize will be given in accordance with the rules as stated herein.

8. "U.S.A. Business Advertisement's", {Herbert West 3rd, owner}, will not directly profit from the Raffle. They profit from the sale of advertisements only.

9. Participants may visit the website of, "U.S.A. Business Advertisements" at, or http://herbertwest3rd.blogspot.com/ and click onto the "Kansas bite's" icon. Then look to your left. Scroll down to "View my complete profile". Click onto it and scroll down to "U.S.A. Business Advertisements". 10. Note: "U.S.A. Business Advertisement's", and "U.S.A. Business Advertisement's Raffle", is owned and operated by Herbert West 3rd. It will function as a, "Self Employed/Home Based", business by owner, Herbert West 3rd. Consider the contents expressed and/or implied, declared under the Copyright declaration below as the case may be as found.

11. As stated, the advertisement functions of, "U.S.A. Business Advertisement's", will vary by contract and will not always include a Raffle, unless declared and disclosed via contract. The Raffle portion is separate as an offering at the leisure, option of U.S.A. Business Advertisements, Herbert West 3rd, owner.

I added a, "Child Raffle Drawing" clause, "Employee Raffle Drawing" clause, and it is facilitated to be used as a Tax Deduction by businesses from their Federal Quarterly Tax Returns.
