Well lets look at this. I e-mailed every States, Attorney General, Secretary if State and Governor and all 50 States stole my idea. They illegally touched a Sole Proprietorship. Sole Proprietorship's don't pay State Taxes. They only pay Federal. If I lost $2, Billion Dollars over 2 years then the 50 States and Congress owe me $102 Billion Dollars. How to get it? Easy, the people of America give a Tax Deductible Donation to the Military who sets up a Trust Fund for me. I pay 32% in Federal Income Tax minus the allowable Humanitarian, Charity and Education Tax Deductions. Then the Military opens 10, Apple Markets in 50 States. That is 500 Not-For-Profit Apple Markets. This pays me back. They keep doing this and this gives Vet's Jobs and gives the Military Funds. I can only touch $500,000.00 of the Trust Fund because it is only insured up to $500,000.00. The States need taught a lesson. My way benefits the Soldiers. Their way Fucks us All!!! Also read

What would this be? Lets narrow it down. You go into a Bank and buy a home. You get a 30 year mortgage. Your payments will be the same each month for 30 years. Want to change this? Here is a way to change this.
1. The Lender agrees with my, "Home Mortgage Payment Schedule Package", and allows the borrow to buy it for $100.00. Then the borrow does the following.
A. They make an extra payment every 3 months to the lender on top of their regular payments. If they are paying $150.00 a month then they need to save $50.00 a month for 3 months in a row and then make a $150.00 payment every 3 months. This extra payment applies towards the second half of the mortgage. If they do this for 15 years, they will have paid 20 years worth of payments towards the 30 year mortgage. They now owe 10 years and have 15 years to make the payments. That will reduce their second 15 year payment schedule by 1/3. They now make payments of $100.00 a month.
B. Because it was contracted, there is not as much of a, "Penalty For Early Payment", on the 30 year mortgage. Also read here, CLICK HERE!
C. The kicker? You do not have to make the extra payment every 3 months. It is just an option. You do not know what the next 30 years is going to bring into your life. Any extra payments that they allow you to make and they applies into the back half of your loan can be adjusted when you reach your 15 year mark. As long as you do not pay off your mortgage, you would be allowed to make some extra payments. These only reduce your payments, each month, towards the back half and end of your mortgage. You will still pay the exact amount to the Bank for the Home Loan. You are only getting a contracted option to reduce your later payments in the second half of the mortgage. Imagine paying .04% on $100.00 instead of paying .04% on the $150.00 example. Look at this. You make 360 payments in a 30 year note. That is 12 payments in each of the 30 years on a 30 year note. You pay an interest payment on every payment. The Bank gets its money. Imagine making up payments and then at the 15 year mark getting a second loan. Your payments will still be the exampled original $150.00,but, you now are getting new appliances, air conditioning, or a furnace. These items don't last 30 years. Houses do.
Have your Realtor/Real Estate Agent, Lender, Bank contact me and then purchase this offering through your them. It is a nice option and it is worth the one time payment of $100.00.
This Concept/Package offer can be used for Auto Loans also. It can be used for any type of loan.
How many homes are sold a year in America? 6 to 10 million used homes with 1,500,000.00 of them being new homes.
Imagine, 6 million people paying me $100.00 each to have the security to use my package. That is $600,000,000.00. Yea $600 million. Heck, $1.00 dollar per mortgage is about $6 million a year. Sounds good to me. Imagine a lender buying me out and collecting the $600,000,000.00, to $1,000,000,000.00 a year. Yea the lenders can share that money with other lenders. That generates a lot of revenue for other banking services. That is money for Business Loans, Homes Loans, etc:..
